1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with all tags, accessories, and included parts

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items with broken hygiene or safety seals

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

6. Return Shipping Costs

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
